From day one, you’ll have a dedicated Acumen Agent as your primary point of contact, backed by around the clock callcenter support and on demand trainings, so you can get help where, when, and how you need it. Our role is to simplify self direction and keep payments reliable, so you can focus on what matters most—your child and your family. Acumen is pleased to offer CLTS FMS services statewide in Wisconsin. If your CWA doesn’t currently list Acumen as an available FMS, just let them know you’re interested and encourage them to contact us. We’re always glad to help!
For all new enrollments and new hires, please start by talking with your Supports and Services Coordinator (SSC). After the SSC sends your referral to Acumen, your Acumen agent will reach out by phone to welcome you to Acumen and email the required forms to you through DocuSign.
