Industries We Serve State Programs Acumen provides fiscal management services across the United States in partnership with multiple state-funded programs. Most of these programs are Medicaid waiver programs, which are funded by both state and federal monies, but Acumen also provides services supported by general funding. The populations served are determined by the type of waiver or department and cross all levels of disabilities and ages. Many participants qualify to receive aid from direct care employees. Managed Care Organizations Acumen contracts with numerous managed care organizations to meet the needs of individuals in states that have adopted a managed care model. Each managed care model is unique. Acumen is well versed and successful in meeting the needs of both the managed care organization and the individuals receiving services. County Programs No program is too large or too small to partner with Acumen. We work with multiple county- funded programs to serve individuals in underserved rural and urban areas. Veteran’s Programs Acumen is proud to partner with Veteran centers, AAAs, and other agencies serving our military. We are excited and ready to work to bring Veteran-directed home and community- based services to every Veteran across the country.
