NOTICE: Web Time Entry is not currently compatible with the Internet Explorer 10 web browser (IE10).

This primarily affects users whose computers are running on the Windows 8 operating system. You may also be affected if you have upgraded your browser to IE10. Common Issues Web Time Entry Addresses

Issue: Acumen did not receive my fax due to faxing errors.
How Web Time Entry Helps: As soon as you click the Approved button, Acumen receives the entry.

Issue: I filled out my timesheet incorrectly, now I have to resubmit it.
How Web Time Entry Helps: The system ensures that you only select service codes for which you are eligible. You are required to select AM or PM. The system totals the number of hours submitted, so you don't have to keep track of the time worked. Participant and employee names are available from a drop-down list so you don't have to worry about filling in names or ID numbers.

Issue: An employee was not paid because the employee is not Active.
How Web Time Entry Helps: The system helps you track your employees enrollment status, and you can view as soon as your employee is active.

Issue: My schedule doesn't allow me to call Acumen during regular business hours, but I want to know if my employee's enrollment paper work has been processed.
How Web Time Entry Helps: Our policy is that we have three business days to process all documents received. If you use Web Time Entry, you can see when they have been processed and what documents are still pending.

Issue: I need to know if my employee's rate sheet has been processed.
How Web Time Entry Helps: Web Time Entry allows you to see if we've processed your employees' rate sheet, as well as a history of rates.

Issue: I did not receive a statement in enough time for me to be able to schedule the next two weeks of my service.
How Web Time Entry Helps: With Web Time Entry you have the ability to run reports that show your most recent account transaction, approved services and budget balances. We typically cut checks two to three days before the paydate. Instead of waiting on the mail, you can access your reports two to three days before the paydate and view your employees payroll information.
