Provide the Health Care Clearinghouse function of facilitating the process of gathering non-standard health care billing data elements and processing them into standard data elements. Claims submissions are entered under the appropriate vendor and service codes for payment.

Customer Satisfation Survey Services

Customer Satisfaction Survey development, data collection and reporting provided to gather your customer measures of satisfaction and feedback on product or program services.

Document Storage

Provide secure, HIPAA-compliant document storage for maintaining electronic files for paperwork and records. Records will be retained up to the termination of the contract or up to six years whichever is the longest period of time. All data will be destroyed following HIPAA destruction requirements to ensure the safety of Protected Health Information (PHI) at the end of the retention period.

Employee / Vendor Registry Site

A simple, easy to navigate job board is available to connect caregivers, services and products to individuals looking for in-home care. This service can be provided within an FMS specific contract or as a separate tool for use with all disabilities populations and services throughout a program or state. Training Services

A trained presenter will provide trainings on your specified materials in both in-person training session and remote training session formats for your customers. Customer attendance will be recorded and tracked for each training session delivered. Training tests can be administered, results scored and stored for record keeping purposes.
